What’s your role?

I am the first point of contact for all clients and opposing parties via email and telephone calls. “Being there” for the client ensures they receive an excellent standard of service. If the matter is urgent I will arrange for the appropriate alternative professional to act immediately in response to developments.

I provide executive support to the Senior Partner and our other solicitors. I ensure that all job requests are attended to in a timely and professional manner.

What are you passionate about?

I'm passionate about equality for women and ensuring that all people are treated with dignity. I earnestly seek to listen to each client well and I am always empathetic with their situation. I believe it is essential to regard all people in the way in which you'd like to be regarded yourself.
